Has anybody else had these kinds of problems purchasing JetBrains products? It's only been 25 hours since my call with support, so I'll give it another day to see if I can get a response. And the phone number she called from directs to an unnamed voicemail. I've tried emailing back with no response. I didn't receive an email with the license, and my account still shows that I do not have a license for Webstorm. She told me I would receive an email about the license. So we setup a time for a call, she processed the transaction, and my credit card was charged. Somebody responded and offered to process the transaction manually over the phone. Move to WebStorm from IntelliJ IDEA, PhpStorm, P圜harm, or another JetBrains IDE. So after trying everything I could from my end, I reached out to support. I attempted to purchase it from the JetBrains website with two different credit cards, on three different computers (Windows, Mac, Linux), on Firefox and Chrome, at two different physical locations with different network connections. I've been trying to purchase Webstorm for a few days since my trial ran out.
Update: I received a response from support, and my license has been added to my account.
